the reviews say it’s low waisted so i wasn’t sure whether to follow the hip or waist measurements. i got an M and it sits perfectly in between the hip and waist so size up or down depending on where you want it to sit. pretty short if you’re tall. very flattering cutting. cloth is not too thick but it is lined and it’s not too thin either
