OMG this skirt is sooooo cute and perfect. Im 5'3, 140lbs and typically a medium. Ordered a medium and fits good. I do feel like it runs a little large but I'm still keeping it. Its for a concert so really dont think ill ever use it again so not worth the hassle of returning it and getting a smaller size.
