I actually love everything I get from this brand (musera sport) I still wear a pair on short I bought by them a few years ago. The quality it so good for the price! I weigh 125-130 and M fits perfect (I don’t like it super tight). My only critique is I wish it had pockets.

Got a size small I usually am a medium you can pretty much go either route on the sizing I don’t think it would make much of a difference because of the material , definitely a mini skirt but is breathable and good quality!
